Update: My Warforged got a new arm that lets me store 3 tools and a wonderous item, he also got a dagger that can shoot indestructible bubbles. DM has let me put the dagger in my new cannon arm. I can now shoot invincible bubbles...

Rubberhose Jdog can't actually speak. He can only communicate through speech bubbles. Sure he can make noises but he's unable to speak.
