i used a totally different process than normal for this one, skipped my normal lineart stage and did silhouette blocking instead, based on how i've seen work up his sprites. came together super fast and i'll definitely be taking this approach again in the future! ☺️

Also, for the love of god, give custom NPC that are vital to your story at least placeholder sprites. It also won't cost a game of this calibre anything to have 2-3 additional custom sprites per floor. Heck, hire or who have done great work for my videos!
