For the painting, I used a similar approach to how I painted Chain to Memory: lots of big, messy, sharp strokes and a ton of texture to represent his distorted anguish. I always try to empathise with my characters and this one was hard for that reason. He's having a bad time 💀

Lastly, a popcorn & drink combo set for Free! The Final Stroke will be available at screening theatres from September 17th. It'll come with an A5 clearfile. 🤔 Maybe it's just me, but this kind of gives me hope that we'll be seeing a Haruka/Rin combination for the next movie. 🤞
