This was fun to make, the idea was essentially to make a spin of Futaba (P5) but on the Metal Gear universe... and still in the MegaMan flair

finally got around to re-designing her (only OGs will remember her), Pinto is a leader of one of the many small-scale punkguard units, basically Bird's boss Wowzah! They are also the best of friends
