Trails SC easily takes the cake for best turn based RPG but mostly for the story, Valkyria Chronicles has the better gameplay(I've still yet to play VC4 so idk if it has better gameplay or not).
I'm REALLY hoping I like Kurt as a character because I REALLY like his design, especially his Trails of Cold Steel IV design.
