This was a little bit intimidating to work with but I know you'll love this new move base on Skate's weapon use of the bat in Streets Of Rage 3. It's hard to pull off cause the first frame knocks out the enemy and you want to make multiple hits like an EX tatsu.

very minor tweak, but having the regular bordered windows always bugged me on the enemy appear messages. felt like it drew attention to the emptiness of the big ol' message box. so i finally dug around in the code and figured out what line i needed to add to make it borderless
