Anyone got any tips for breaking a crap time of insomnia? I've tried magnesium, meditation, sleep hypnotherapy, lavender oil, no caffeine and I just want sleep

I've been awake since 3am after laying down around 11pm. Stress and insomnia is a pain sometimes.

On another note, I've lost more weight and am that much closer to my goal :)
