Wait...Why are the FACES obscured for the new JLA?! I mean, they're showing us WHO they are.

If these are Future State versions in some cases (i.e., WW), & artist & colorist reveal costumes & skin color, how much are they hiding?!

Fun mix tho'. Hopefully diverse.

Happy birthday in my opinion, the that I grew up with & resembled someone, even without powers, that he can be determined enough & passionate enough to keep going & leave an impact! best interpretation of a great hero!

And the first rule of Batman, "I was never alone," ends up being a throughline in a lot of Grant's DC stuff. Nobody is ever alone. The JLA, The Seven Soldiers, Superman, Batman. They're there for each other. Others are there for them. It's good stuff.

DAY 19: Miiyahbin Marten aka EQUINOX! There was this weird time when DC just said: “F*ck it, there’s a JLA, why not a Justice League of Canada?”. Equinox is a Cree hero who uses the power of the Midayo, embodiment of the seven pillars of Cree life.

JLA/Titans

Fantastic end to this love story to all things Titans. Beast Boy telling Cyborg "LET GO OF THE FRIKKIN' MOON!" is iconic. I think describing the Titans as a family, but the League as a team is a bit sterile, but I still like it. The last panel brings big emotions

JLA: The Nail from 1998, written and illustrated by Alan Davis, a neat Elseworlds story, one of my favorites that shows how one flat tire on the Kent's truck can change a world.
