(2/2) Adding onto this still; I grew up with TF2, and all those crazy GMOD animations of the early 2000s that came with it. Those parts of the community really helped bolster my imagination and curiosity as an artist and I'm forever grateful.

Team Fortress 2, after 9 years in development and 15 years on the gaming scene, still stands as one of the greatest video games of all time. I have so many memories from the 1000 hours i put into this game, always such a vast range of emotions from even a single match

I only got into tf2 amidst the major bot crisis, but i was able to meet a lot of cool artist, make some good friends, and saw my own motivation for art grow these past two years. I don't think i would've picked up art again if not for this funny hat simulator.

When my day wasn't going well i would get on my computer and play a tf2 match, there i would meet with a random hoovy in a corner offering sandwiches and have fun for hours with random people. This game means a lot to me and to many others!#savetf2

While these days I don't draw it quite as much as I used to; TF2 holds a very special place in my heart; it's characters, it's style in-game and in the comics, as well as the community are a huge inspiration to me, and seeing the current state of it is saddening

was the first game I had 1000+ hours in. Sniping on 2Fort, practicing ambassador headshots, getting called a hacker for stairstabs and sidestabs, jump maps, prop hunt, trading up to a Bill's Hat (wasn't allowed to buy keys)...
