Wasn’t sure how to mix 2d and 3d, hand draw or go digital. These are about 15 yrs old now and make me cringe with some of the more, interesting choices. But this was supposed to be a fun sci-fi game with big shapes. Basic blocking out was extremely helpful for working out volumes

Some more studies.

Experimenting painting shading now using airbrush, but still using the same method from my commission work. It's not completely hard shaped as before, but also not so soft to the point of losing its shapes. Think I'll start using it.
