There are several unused sprites for HEADSPACE NPCs in the files of the latest build of OMORI. It is unknown what purpose these would have served - most noticeably, however, they are humanoid, which is rare for HEADSPACE NPCs.
This sprite in particular is named "HS_Venti.png".
