Just found out Victor Hugo was also an artist. In his exile from Paris he created around 4,000 drawings. Lots of beautiful inkwash, charcoal, and coffee used in his work. Disney animation artists studied a lot of it while working on Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Drawn in water, and some Noodlers ink dripped to let it form the shape. Tried some dry brush over it. Shaped the form a bit more with some white. Fun
