I can imagine when the foreign news outlet gonna do a report on the publication of thai metricanthosaurid be like.
@TwistHound Everything from the spinosauridae family but specifically, I'd pick Ichthyovenator.
Eocarcharia was a genus of Carcharodontosaurid theropod dinosaur that lived in the early Cretaceous of the Sahara, it was discovered in 2000 by paleontologist Paul Sereno. It lived alongside dinosaurs like Suchomimus and possibly preyed on Ouranosaurus and Nigersaurus
Buitreraptor differed from its northern dromaeosaurid relatives where its skull had a slender and extremely elongated snout with many small teeth that lacked the meat-tearing serrations, inferring that it hunted smaller animals. Art by Conty.

A subadult #Spinosaurus wanders into the territory of a larger, more aggressive male and faces the consequences. Haven't seen much palaeoart of intraspecific fights featuring spinosaurids so this was fun to draw.

More memes instead of palaeoart, I'm totally not procrastinating.
But for real, spinosaurids are the best and if you disagree you suck and are also wrong 😤😤😤 https://t.co/9mDBVj8EWP

So yeah, I decided to hop on the bandwagon with some of my friends and made a dinosona too (a spinosaurid, to be exact)
Nothing special here, just an absolute nervous mess of a dinosaur (like me) lol
Little quick painty sketch of a Bird of paradise inspired dromaeosaurid trying to impress the girls By a mating call right before he is ready to dance.
And now I’ve gone and done a tyrannosaurid, #Lythronax argestes.
This is a WIP & there are inaccuracies (a few muscles likely off; it may be too wide), but here’s my first progress pic.
(I used @skeletaldrawing ‘s awesome Lythronax skeletal as a side reference here)

So here is my depiction of the recently described carcharodontosaurid Lusovenator, by @efmalafaia, @PD_Mocho, @FerEscaso and @frco_ortega. Congratulations! https://t.co/w22uqHE86o
Ok so the Hell Creek alvarezsaurid has been named. Its name is Trierarchuncus prairiensis.
A trierarch is the captain of a trireme.
Uncus means hook.

38. For #TheSummerOfTheropods, here’s #Thanos, an abelisaurid that lived in Brazil during the Late Cretaceous Period. Reconstruction of Thanos based on PaleoJoe abelisaur skeletal drawings.
A few close ups, this painting was a really good exercise in texture and lighting, as well as anatomy. Pretty well-developed M. humeroradialis in megaraptorans, which fits with an arm-based prey capture model - HR is less developed in raptors and absent in abelisaurids
