Up till now, I've been using an inverse-hull method for the toon outlines. This is expensive. What I'm trying now is to just Floor a VdotN and then offset the verts it masks.

Ariel! I couldn't decide between a blue outline or a more contrasty black outline. I personally like the blue outline more. I have a weird relationship to contrast in pixel art. I know you're supposed use high contrast but, I don't like it in my work... Idk #ドット絵 #pixelart

This alt is a bit of a dud. Pyra can definitely be argued to take from the Monado especially with the canon connection, but Mythra is an outlier that fits no reference to a satisfying extent. She can possibly share the palette, but really there's nothing there.

Febe is an irresponsible queen, going around and cooking bread when she should be defending her people. She wields a powerful divine fire sword which she uses to... bake the bread on the go. She is an outlier among some fool characters, but her personality fits well.
