Previously posted as an outline last year, had the bulk of it done within a few months, but let it sit for a while for coloring and shading. Quite a few shipgirls have weird eye colors that translate weird to my style .-.

once I have a rough outline of the character and eye level, I just need to find the details of the mecha!

If anything, speaking from experience, making a flat render in pixel art can be EVEN MORE TIME CONSUMING considering I have to check:

-no pixel is misaligned
-clean-up the outlines
-close up gaps
-make smooth curves
-do _manual_ antialiasing in cases.
- etc.

Pxl ain't fast.

Info regarding Fate standees:

As I mentioned yesterday, the outline has some issues because I made a mistake while creating the file.
More photos below! It's not tragic but still visible enough to reduce the quality. I will contact each preorder later today for a solution!
