Since yesterday I am a bit obsessed in trying to love reboot Magica a bit more. Thus I try to understand how her weird body shape can work and tried to draw her nude.

To be as correct as possible I traced the very rough outlines of a screenshot.

Confession time:

I did say yesterday would be my long awaited day off after completing my latest writing endeavor, but I ended up picking the project I began not too long ago. I added 3 new scenes to the outline. Formal writing should begin next year.

I think I figured what's bothering me, it's the lack of outlines, not so much the smooth shading.

They use the shading to compensate having no outlines which gives an incomplete feeling to me.

Whereas in Looney Tunes: Back in Action they still had cartoony outlines.

Changed the outline to a dark purple and adjusted color balance a little
I don't like pure black outlines
I like to make highlights a little more yellow, midtones a little more red, shadows a little more blue, but play and see what works
