Thanks for the tag Peachy Bud! :D
I'm Andoryu, I love drawing characters, often strong girls with a strong bold cel-shaded style! <D
I'll give @KentuckyTheFry @octobermermaid @IssyCake and @tornado_arts a go! :D https://t.co/mCTqfOf3Tt
Ok, so this one first. I'm a fan of bold lines and sharp angles, but the approach I tried out here ended up feeling kinda bland/flat, and I wasn't sure how to add onto it. I can see the appeal of this type of thing, but I also don't think I want to continue this type of drawing.
bold to assume i have 4 artworks
QRT this with your art to keep it going.

May I be so bold as to offer an alternative? (Go Zero so you don't get a sugar crash😂)
@neon_nuisance Hey, I'm Oliver! I like thick lines and bold colours for drawing my characters. I have a webnovel about them and their lives (link in bio), and a comic coming up soon!
Karin Soderquist is an illustrator whose work is described as “empowering, feminine and whimsical”. Her bold and unapologetically pink colour palette is loud, proud and joyfully female. #afolioaday

Anyway, a distinct trait of the M&L art style is the bold black outlines. They achieve that look by applying dark grey pixels on the black pixels for anti-aliasing, . In PiT, they went a step further and added a third color in between the black and dark grey!
I've been trying multiple approaches to art lately. my usual soft shade flats, thick lineart with bold colors, pencil shade, hard "western" shade...you could say I'm trying to find a spark again, because i was getting very displeased with my art. which intrueges you the most?
