Good morning! I finished my washi tape and post card set! They are repaints from @natazilla ‘s Bee and Puppycat! I wanted them to be very close to the originals with a twist I give my own art with the lighting and ring lights. Stay tuned for the second set! (1/2)

Toying with the @SnakeHillGames Sprite Lamp example in Unity with a Super Mario World palette to test an idea. I've hardly seen anyone actually try "real time" sprite lighting with such limited palettes, and I am SO tempted to be the first… but any artists I'd hire would hate me

@ComicsandCleave I used to watch Nei Ruffino on Livestream, years ago (back when you had to go on a thing called "Livestream" to stream live---I'm old). She's great at making things pop. Stellar lighting. She can make anything look dreamy. I believe she's drawing her own material these days.

I have now started to add some lighting the lighting is on the right, I think it looks a lot better now. Touches are still being made though. ^^

- i almost kept the head part this way bc i liked the silhouette, but then i also wanted the folds (thank u blending tool)
