I was playing around with applying an AO map to a per-polygon displacement on a dense model. Polygons were "exploded" outward based on how close they are to a cavity in the base mesh. (Its colors were vertex painted in 3D Coat, then rendered in Max/V-ray.)

Thanks very much again for sharing this!! It ended up working by putting a Copy Location constraint on the handIK bones and Copy Rotation on the hand bones. The two sets of bones on the sword mark hand placement and rotation.

Another "tit"bit I noticed, drawings with detailed nipples get flagged too. I tried lots of different positions for the text placement in the BV pic, but it was only after I covered the nipples that it was un-flagged.

Realised I never got round to printing the old Crash model so I had to give Cortex a shot too! These are the in-game models with the normal maps fed into a displacement modifier. Now to figure out a good way of printing them... 🤔
