'Narratively better' is pretty valueless in a series focused on fighting when the climactic fight ends up being boring. Narrative should improve the fight, not hinder it.

And they make it easy to show when Hit is moving in timeskip. Lots of other manga also manage this (ie JoJo)

I think this is my main issue with this documentary. Yes, I get its point. And I agree. But Imelda and the Marcoses have controlled the narrative for decades. They still have a platform long after her husband was ousted. Nothing productive came out of them talking. Enough.

penders was also in charge of a lot of really weird narrative decisions too which ended up causing sega to crack down on how sonic was allowed to be portrayed in media. like, after sonic got cucked, sega made it a rule that he wasn't allowed to sob anymore.
