I'm Omega and I live in the USA
I use both when it comes to creating new artwork but when it comes to digital I use Adobe Fresco. My favorite drink is Fruit Punch Brisk

1. Plot points and scenes on 3.5x5" cards. Shuffle and edit, doodle thumbnails etc.
2. Type first draft in MS Word, look for typos etc.
3. Paste script into comics pages in Adobe Illustrator, see how it affects pacing, page turns, and available space for art.
