Good morning 💘 and Happy Valentine’s Day 💌

For me, this day has become something like a 2nd birth since last year. Exactly a year ago, I first encountered a severe anxiety attack & seizures. then ambulance saved me. Who knew it would get worse later, but that's another story🤣

Why is the only way to overcome anxiety, doin g the things that cause you anxiety ubtil you're comfortable with . why can't I surgically remove my anxiet. Y my every day life is ruined and lived to the absolute minimum because I cannot handle Being perceived.

I'm thinking of changing how moods work, so stunning enemies will be easier... tho on the flip end, you getting stunned would be easier too. basically all 3 moods, Hype, Dejected, and Anxiety would be weak to each other instead of RPS system I have now.

Short graphic novel about anxiety and medication. I liked it! Great dialogue, lively art, and I like that it was both informative and creative about medication with a super-hero twist. Heed its trigger warnings but otherwise try it out, good short book.
