The answer to that question: I have no idea! An artist added them years and years ago when Ardan was still new and they grew on me!

For them and Kuroba. I’ve got a running gag that they eat sabertooth tigers native to their world. Then they end up fashioning tigerstripe clothing and accessories. They act like it’s a delicacy when everyone else thinks it’s weird. Sorrel is the vegetarian of the family.
