The artist(s) on my graphic novel weren't keen on being beheaded in the wake of things like the Mohammed cartoon riots and Charlie Hebdo murders, so I credited the art to "Anonymous Walrus". By contrast, I slapped my name on it and on my blasphemous poems. Either way's valid IMO.

I just think it's very visually interesting - the throne facing front behind her, face in shadows, good soft lighting contrasting bold cel shading in hair / If that's a skirt, it's not long enough at all. If not, she's wearing stockings over pants. Both are A Choice.

I think that's shading on her mouth, but at a glance, it kind of looks to me like Gwen's wearing black lipstick. This artwork makes the idea of Gwen wearing black or maybe blue lipstick feel somehow fitting. Maybe b/c it contrasts well with her hair color.
