Ok any opinions welcome... which one is the best version? 1, 2 or 3? 3 had like the classic cut out dress up book flap thingies (like in pic4) but idk if I like them on there. But I do like the white outline.. or maybe no background at all?? Aaah help

Still, I like to use the bucket tool too! However, to make sure I don't need to worry about gaps, I like to do an outline [3]. Once the colored area is fully sealed off, use the magic wand tool to select the area outside the colored area [4].

@Ainsley593 Basically something like these shows, but with more detailed anime like eyes (as well as no lips) is what I really want.
Sharp angles, thick outlines, and minimal (or no) shading.

Not gonna lie, I didn't do that great on this. I couldn't shade it properly due to the little mess up on the outlines.

Any Photoshop Experts?
1st IMAGE: Sometimes when I export .pngs, it gives it these stray pixels around the outline.
2nd + 3rd: But in Photoshop, against both a light and dark bg, I don't see any, so there's nothing to erase?

I drew my line work on the same layer as the outline by accident lmao
Getting my feet wet in some sprites again. I think a small thing like having some variation to outline colors give the sprites more character than the ones from DGU, don't you think?
