Mostly known for creating RPGs, Falcom puts out incredible stuff. They're niche but I view em as the SNK of RPGS.

While I'm a new fan, I'd personally want Estelle from the Trails in the Sky trilogy. Rean from Trails of Cold Steel & Adol from Ys would be neat too
