Since I'm not seeing nearly enough people on my TL talking about it, go watch Seis Manos on Netflix. Same animation company that did Castlevania. The show will keep you on your toes, it's not your usual "young adults learned martial arts and everything goes totally right" trope.

Listening to me when I was growing up was important. Some teachers did (other adults maybe not?) Allowing me to be me...to stim, to create, to move around. To give me the space when needed (still ensuring I am safe), to recognise that I might not want to talk right now...it's ok.
