The core algorithm is based off of the brush I used on “Raked Strokes.” It took a path and expanded it to create a basic rake or flat brush. Here, I’m extending these perpendicular to the path segment and preventing overlaps from previously created segments.

Here's an example of my workflow when I used 's Pink Devil as a base for the head of something I'd generated previously. I used their art as a representation of a character I had written but I wanted them to have more outfits and stuff so I did this (1/3)

Messing around on a personal painting. Lots of weird stuff going on, but I'll fix the hierarchies and tidy up the shapes to be more cohesive as I go.
