I just finished a fast mimicking program and I'm down 8 pounds! I'm at 200 flat, a few months ago I was almost 240 and I felt like absolute dogshit, and ate like it too. The ultimate goal of getting back to 180 feels super achievable I'm so fucking MOTIVATED
