I had no doubt when Ewing mentioned in the interview that Stefano Caselli’s art is perfect for this book. I’m impressed by Caselli’s skill in capturing emotions, and in establishing space. It really feels like I’m THERE.

Some people complain that that much progress happened in X-Men Red but this page here was so, so important to me. I’ve been waiting for a moment like this. This is progress in character development to me. It’s growth. I love the way Ewing writes Magneto ❤️
