[The flower of love and death]
“Death is my milestone, love is my epitaph.”
In fact, this’s a large studio that can accommodate more than 24 people.

@MannyAndBo And with armor plating you always want to keep a pin in how the rigid structure interacts with the softer stuff inside it. If something has to bend, there's gotta be a break & a gap to accommodate. And that bend will create a counter-gap on the opposite side.
Sharing this week's schedule!💜
Please be mindful that things might change and that streams might be shorter to accommodate my health, as I am still recovering from the flu I caught at the end of last week.

That feeling when you want to ask and say so much but you know it's better not to.
Some fairytales are so true that they refuse to accommodate reality.

And lastly we have Takeda Ayasaburo. He studied Rangaku (Dutch studies/western sciences) and designed the Goryokaku star fort in Hakodate in 1855. The fort is one of only two star fortresses in Japan, and is well known as the site of the last battle of the Boshin War.
I'm sure everyone knows who this is... Commodore Matthew Perry. The American man credited with opening up Japan to the west and stoppped having it be closed! On his 2nd visit to Japan in 1854 he visited Hakodate - one of two ports opened to Americans in the Treaty of Kanagawa.
Ishikawa Takuboku - Famous poet who spent around a year (1907-8) in Hakodate as a substitute teacher & reporter. He loved the place.
He also wrote some of his diaries in romaji so his wife couldn't read them :P
Next is Enomoto Takeaki. Samurai & admiral of the Tokugawa navy in Bakumatsu Japan. He hoped to create an independent state under the Tokugawa in Hokkaido. When the Ezo republic was founded, he was elected president. Also fought alongside Hijikata in the Battle of Hakodate.
Now the first idol is Hijikata Toshizo. Commander of the Shinsengumi (新選組) special Bakufu police force from 1868–1869. He also attacked & occupied Goryokaku fort, & became Deputy Defence Minister of the shortlived Ezo Republic. He was killed in the Battle of Hakodate.
So the whole idea is that each member is a historical figure connected to Hakodate, with the "plot" behind them being that Hokkaido's Hollow Dogu (pictured with them) came to life with a strange power and brought the idols to the present day where they promote tourism to the city
Hey MetaSharks! 🦈
Ethereum has appreciated in value by over 30% since we first announced our price, so we have decided to lower our mint price to .065 eth per MetaShark to accommodate our community and new NFT investors 🔥🔥🔥#LongLiveTheShiv #BetterTogether
The Rim Electric Drive is a shaftless propulsion system for a submarine that could be quieter and more efficient than any propeller, and even open up the possibility of a rear docking tube to accommodate UUVs.

i've just been giving the infernal knowledge that the Hakodate City has created an anime idol project in which they took Matthew C. Perry, the US Navy commodore that forced Japan to open up to trades w/ the West via "open up or we'll fuck you up" tactic and made him into THIS 😭
