Another good point of comparison: eyes. The boys' eyes are noticeably smaller and squintier in a lot of their drawings. Honestly, there shouldn't even be an explanation for these drawings.

One of the big issues is how janko colors skin. They use a lot of very saturated and yellow tones in a lot of their skintones when they draw asians. You can chalk it up to warm lighting but even then there’s really no explanation for why the skin is so excessively yellow.
