Better look at Darkside. Terribly funny gaping hole on the belly aside, this dude is legitimately terrifying. The soulless eyes peeping out of his tentacle face is A++ monster design. It looks like a wise, powerful wizard was corrupted into this form.

I saw this trend started by but here goes: This was Professor Renderer before I transitioned into a more anthro-esque design. The two designs are night and day- and ultimately the art style. It isn't god tier, but it gets the job done.
