This is my way of making sketch to digital.

I draw the sketch manually, then I scan the sketch and draw line following the sketch using the mouse.

Before I make a line following the sketch using the mouse. Then I adjusted the sketch to make it look more proportional.

this one took quite a bit to complete because i was super dissatisfied with the colors i was working with and some proportions as well. so i did an overpainting to fix things and it worked like a charm!

I saw the Valentia height chart posted earlier so I wanted to estimate the heights of some characters using the Heroes art. I'm making a big assumption that the artists do proportions the same. (thread)

Palla is 5'5" and 1732px tall (from her heels) so I'm going with 10.4px/cm.

The fact the "wild" lines were still considered professional work and not "clean" linework actually made me more confident and less stressed! I was under the impression only clean work was wanted as a child. My work was more stiff back then and my body proportions terribly off.
