It’s Mooraith! A spirit/iron type Pocket Familiar (ghost/steel fakemon) I designed a while back for the Netherworld v. of Pokémon. It finally has art! Right is shiny.

Mooraith is the spirit of two familiars who died together on the battlefield, forever wandering the empty moor.
