Worked on the town's police station and the horse carriage model. The undercarriage still needs to be added, the wheels just sort of float there at the moment.

Soon I'll have no excuse to not work on the NPC models. Damn.

finally got around to ripping Dr. Roo.

He's not in the MEGA yet because he used the NST bones instead of the CTR bones. But through a bit of special engineering aka copypasting, I took the Dr. Roo parts and put them on the CTR model. Also gave him the angry glasses from PS1!
