I always struggled with thinking my art looked good enough and believing I was improving. I always felt like I was stagnating and my drawing was stiff. I’m starting to feel better about it all but it’s hard to not be discouraged…but I’m working hard to shake all that

I'll also say. It's cool and valid to still like work from years ago. I used to think it meant I was stagnating and not improving enough, but not anymore: I think it means I've been pretty good a while now, and some pieces stand the test of time.
