Well after about 3.5 hours of work I've finished my first piece, figured it was appropriate to start with my sona AB the Dragon.

Not that anybody looks to me for illustration advice but I figured out a cool trick for colouring creatures unusual colours. Pick the unusual colour, then add browns and contrasting colours to make it more muddy/realistic.
