This is from a really old piece that I'm not sure I'll ever finish or revisit, as the bottom half of the anatomy is really wonky. The intention was to have different eye effects/genders/hypnosis implements to choose from or mix and match.

George really wanted Jar Jar to be his Goofy because he adores the character and wanted Goofy in Star Wars. Honestly would say he succeeds but he doesn't give Jar Jar enough of the lovable traits Goofy has. Jar Jar comes off more a nuisance then a well intentioned doofus.
