Double standards. If pale ppl can be in hot land why not black ppl in cold northern land?

Why do you make a hot desert or tropical country in fantasy having some white/pale characters living in it but at the same Europe-inspired regions can be All-White ?

Like pale ppl can live in hot land but dark ppl can't be in cold?
