First propper day of physical rehabilitation done ! Man was it exhausting yet fun! Had some private lesson with my physical therapist, some kinda sitting on a stool gymnastics and cardio. Had me completely beat😂but man, it makes me excited for these 3 weeks here ! 💙✨
