The bottom-middleleft palette is a darker purple palette based off Arbok and (to a lesser extent) Ekans, the original Snake & Cobra Pokemon evolution line from generation 1.

Seviper felt too close to Shiny, so instead I chose to use Team Rocket Jessie's well-known serpents.

On the topic of posting messier stuff, I actually did draw something for parade balloon day last week, but I ended up just using it as an opportunity to experiment with stuff such as starting with a trad pen doodle and also just trying a completely different coloring technique
