I’ve read that book and am a huge fan of (War of Art is brilliant). “Do the Work” was inspired by a scene from Ted Lasso and then Shrinking (both series). Then the drawing is based on the 2nd step of the hero’s journey.

It's a scene I'm still very proud of. Ryan Burkhand (IG:@ rybuda) found the perfect track that elevated this scene to another level.

The Beyonder is.. a lot. Kellye Perdue freelanced with us a bit and did the first pass of the cafeteria and library scene and and did amazing comedy punch ups to them. The slurpy scratch sfx of Beyonder slipping through the bookcase still haunts my nightmares😭
