'Angular Annie' from 2015. Something different to test my ability to create a pinup using lines constrained to only 4 angles. I'm a big fan of parralels and alignment in illustration, so it was a fun challenge! And yep - it's still 3D, made with flat poly shapes!

Working on some panels for a couple of pages with political speeches. Sometimes you have to spend as much time drawing scenery as you do on the characters. Hence a bunting backdrop and a podium from 2 angles.

Here’s an example: first I script the page then thumbnail it. My sketches are just to show camera angles & basic composition. I leave it sketchy cuz Matt will make it come to life, then color (atmosphere), then dialogue. Edits to this rough cut will inform the final version ☮️👍
