Painting method, not AI. Random noise and bicubic sampling upscale is an interesting way of making nice composition and contrast.

Still undecided on what dracthyr I will make, but I wanted to try and draw one of the designs I liked.

Scales are rather annoying to draw, but very satisfying when they are finished.
