For me, this is the closest I have gotten to computer engineering - communicating with AI.
That's how I would describe prompt engineering. Creating specific instructions and parameters, which AI will recognize and generate an outcome.

Drew a dragon based on the extremely cool prompt, “the dragon firework from lord of the rings, but real.” Changes from the bottom “daytime” colors to the top “night time”- or the firework scales when feelin spicy. For a dragon rider character that @momo_obrien is dreaming up.
