Bust: $15-25
Fullbody: $25-$35
Background: +$10-$20 (Simple is free)
Shading doesn't add any extra prices as I enjoy shading.

It's a fair question because I'm not sure I can't explain it! But it's a tool in Photoshop where you apply colors of your choosing to the different value levels of the image. Here's an example!
