The DNA of a space virus underwent a sudden mutation upon exposure to a laser beam and resulted in Deoxys. The crystalline organ on this Pokémon's chest appears to be its brain.

24 yr old octo who escaped from the metro. A smart boy but very spacey. He is Moth's childhood friend, and is currently living with him and Pinwheel.
He underwent a failed sanitation, leaving him with very limited memories. He has severe ink burns on his back.
