What is my favorite ki attack in Dragon Ball? This little orb that Videl forms. Seriously. It is so awe-inspiring to live her frustration, to feel like the dumbest kid in the class, and then see that tiny ball reflected in her eyes. And guess what? It's only in the anime.

My concept, Estranged Elementals, involves characters from another world stuck in ours but I never designed what they were wearing before the shift. For Flora I was trying evoke flowers, childish and vaguely high class, and ancient China.
