Enemy from Dream Land 2, Planet Robobots Sub-game and the spinoff Blowout Blast.
In Dreamland 2 they were strong, non-inhalable enemies with flails, similar in behaviour to Mace Knight.
In the other games they were Bosses with new designs and a mace.
